Where do I begin!!! My 90 yr. old father has had the pleasure of having Iceberg Air for yrs. They provide me with such peace of mind. Knowing that my dads being taken care of, and not being taken advantage of. The technicians are extremely polite, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. Al is awesome! I have an older home, and at the recommendation of my daughter, Al installed a new unit in 2018. He has taken great care of my AC through maintenance every 6 months. Al told me at the time of the install that I needed new ductwork. So, this week he did the job for me! Three days in brutal heat and he and his helper kept at it. They did a great job on cleanup and I have only had to do a very light vacuuming.

We are very pleased with Iceberg Aire when we purchased it salesman explained everything in detail we were impressed. Three years later this past Friday it broke down. They had a technician Jimmy come to repair it. An extremely knowledgeable man very informative and pleasant. He had to come back hours later due to it stopped working. He called and kept me informed as to when he would return. Upon his returning he found out that the part that was installed was a damaged part. He installed a new one explained it all to us. He had a wonderful personality and made us feel comfortable. If there is any problem I would request him to return to our house. I know it's hard to find good workers but u have a keeper in him.

I recently used Iceberg Aire in Cape Coral and was very happy. Our AC system went out in he morning an the AC company that installed our Unit was going to make us wait 26 hrs for an appointment plus charge us an outrageous price just to step foot on the property. We called Iceberg Aire after hours and the Owner showed up the next morning within the 2 hr window. The Gentlemen had great customer service , explained everything in detail, and charged us a great price. Iceberg Aire is the repair svc we call for now on.

We live in New Jersey and have a condo rental in Sanibel, FL. We had a problem with our AC unit late in the day while a guest was there. We spoke with Al from Iceberg Aire and he went to inspect and resolve our problem after hours right before a holiday weekend. Ultimately, we decided to have our AC unit replaced by Al. He has always responded to any questions that I have posed timely and has been thorough. I am more than happy to have crossed paths with Al and I look forward to continuing this working relationship for years to come. Very Knowledgeable and thorough Service, I had a some major issues and they were able to Handle all of them and without trying to add some extravagant price onto it, I wouldn't call anybody else! I have called other companies and never receive this level of service, I received from IcebergAire. I would recommend them without a doubt.
